Delivery InformationInderkitchen offer a free standard delivery service on all orders to mainland England, Wales and Scotland. Please note that we are only able to deliver Ceramic products free of charge to England and Wales at this time.
We use a combination of Royal Mail, Mainstream and Specialist couriers, dedicated kitchen appliance distributors and our own transport. All deliveries will need to be signed for at the point of delivery.
Delivery days will be notified ahead of the actual delivery day, this will be via telephone and/or email communication. We generally advise a delivery time of 2-7 days, but many items are available for next day delivery, subject to stock, and the method of delivery that is used - please contact us for further information.
Delivery of heavier items, such as some of our ceramic sinks will be made by specialist carrier, and may take between 5 and 10 days. These deliveries will be booked in with you.
We ask that all ceramic items are checked over and signed for in the presence of the driver.

Next day / 48 hour delivery is an option on many of the products we offer - however, it is vital that contact is made at point of order to ensure stock availability, and that transportation for products is still available. Taps and stainless steel sinks orders before 12:00pm. Ceramic products orders before 11:00am. This is not set in stone though, we are in the hands of the couriers so later orders may still be able to be serviced. If your order is after the above timings, we will try, but if collections have already happened on the day, your order will be dispatched the next working day, on applicable next day / 48 hour service.
Covid 19 Inderkitchen's Position
In these strange times, the ongoing health emergency is having a huge effect on all of our lives. Inderkitchen remains committed to offering our customers the very best in supply and service, however whilst doing this we have to remain firmly within government guidelines. We are also having to work within the constraints that are chosen by our suppliers.
All deliveries will now be to doorstep only - with the couriers wanting to confirm your name, and take a picture of the delivery at your residence. We want to keep you and or staff and work associates safe, so we will remain with contact-less deliveries until conditions allow.
Our showroom is closed for customer visits and collections, but is manned for telephone enquiries and returns.
Whilst most stock remains strong, sadly, with some key items proving difficult to replenish in a timely manner. We are also seeing some manufacturers ending specific product lines earlier than they ordinarily would. We are trying to keep up with this, but they don't often tell us in advance.
