Delivery InformationInderkitchen offer a free standard delivery service on all orders to mainland England, Wales and Scotland. Please note that we are only able to deliver Ceramic products to England and Wales at this time.
We use a combination of Royal Mail, Mainstream and Specialist couriers, dedicated kitchen appliance distributors and our own transport. All deliveries will need to be signed for at the point of delivery.
Delivery days will be notified ahead of the actual delivery day, this will be via telephone and/or email communication. We generally advise a delivery time of 2-7 days, but many items are available for next day delivery, subject to stock, and the method of delivery that is used - please contact us for further information.
Delivery of heavier items, such as some of our ceramic sinks will be made by specialist carrier, and may take between 5 and 10 days. These deliveries will be booked in with you.
We ask that all ceramic items are checked over and signed for in the presence of the driver.

Next day delivery is an option on many of the products we offer - however, it is vital that contact is made at point of order to ensure stock availability, and that transportation for products is still available. Taps and stainless steel sinks generally orders before 14:00pm. Ceramic products orders before 12:00pm. This is not set in stone though, we are in the hands of the couriers so later orders may still be able to be serviced. If your order is after the above timings, we will try, but if collections have already happened on the day, your order will be dispatched the next working day, on a next working delivery day service.
Last Orders for guaranteed (stock allowing) pre-Christmas delivery will December 13th. Inderkitchen will be open until 12:00pm Friday 20th December. Any orders placed during week commencing 16th December we will endeavour to get out prior to Christmas. Please call if pre-Christmas delivery is required so we can confirm whether or not this will be possible. All orders placed after closure for the Christmas period will be processed, but will not be dispatched until we return week commencing 6th January.
